Report a security problem

If you think you have found a security problem in EventWiz, such as a way to see or change something that is not yours or to get past a sign-in, please tell us. We read every report.

How to report it

Email hello@eventwiz.ai and start the subject line with SECURITY. Please include:

  • the page or address where it happens;
  • the steps that show the problem, and what you expected to happen instead;
  • what someone could do with it, as far as you know.

While you look

  • Only use accounts and events that are yours, or that you have permission to test.
  • Do not look at, change, keep or share anyone else’s information. If you reach some by accident, stop, and tell us what you saw.
  • Do not slow the site down for other people, and do not send messages to anyone who has not agreed to receive them.
  • Give us a reasonable time to fix the problem before you tell anyone else about it.

What happens next

We will reply to say we have your report, let you know what we find, and tell you when it is fixed.
