Terms of Service

1. Platform Facilitation Only

EventWiz ("the Platform") is a marketplace and communication platform that connects event organizers ("Vendors") with individuals or entities seeking event-related services ("Customers"). EventWiz facilitates introductions and transactions but is not a party to any agreement between Vendors and Customers. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any service, product, or content provided by Vendors.

2. No Liability for Vendor-Customer Disputes

EventWiz acts solely as an intermediary. We are not responsible for and expressly disclaim any liability arising from disputes, disagreements, or conflicts between Vendors and Customers, including but not limited to:

• Non-performance or unsatisfactory performance of services
• Payment disputes or refund requests between parties
• Misrepresentations by either party
• Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from vendor services

Any disputes arising between Vendors and Customers must be resolved directly between those parties. EventWiz may, at our sole discretion, offer assistance but assumes no obligation to mediate or resolve such disputes.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors using EventWiz acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for:

• Delivering services as described and agreed upon with Customers
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing, and permit requirements
• Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their services
• Setting their own pricing, terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies
• Handling customer complaints, refunds, and chargebacks directly
• Paying all applicable taxes related to services provided through the Platform

4. Data Storage Policy

EventWiz collects and stores user data necessary for platform operations, including account information, transaction history, communications, and usage data. By using the Platform, you consent to:

• Data being stored securely on our servers for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services
• Retention of transactional records for legal and accounting purposes (minimum 7 years where required by law)
• Secure deletion of inactive accounts after 24 months of no login activity, with prior notice
• Anonymous aggregation of usage data for platform improvement and analytics

We implement industry-standard security measures, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. You agree that EventWiz is not liable for unauthorized access to or breach of data beyond our reasonable control. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Refund Policy

Platform Fees: EventWiz charges service fees for transactions facilitated through the Platform. These fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been completed, even if disputes arise between Vendor and Customer.

Customer Refunds: Refunds for vendor services are governed solely by the agreement between Customer and Vendor. EventWiz does not process or guarantee refunds. Customers should review each Vendor's stated refund policy before booking.

Subscription Services: If EventWiz offers paid subscription plans, refunds for unused portions of the current billing period may be available within 14 days of the initial purchase, or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase. No refunds are provided for partial months or annual plans after 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventWiz and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or any vendor-customer interaction.

7. Modifications to Terms

EventWiz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification.
