Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. No lock-in contracts for Standard and Premium tiers.
Is my data safe if I cancel?+
Yes. You can export your guest list, budget, and all event data at any time. If you cancel, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.
What is the Venue tier?+
The Venue tier is a white-label version of the platform for function centres and event venues. Your venue gets its own branded portal — your couples plan their events on it, and you manage enquiries, bookings, and contracts in your admin dashboard. Pricing from $99/month depending on the tier.
Are AI features included in the price?+
Yes. AI room designer, AI quote comparison, and AI budget suggestions are included in Standard and Premium. Song Creator and Video Creator are also included with generation credits — Premium gets unlimited generations. Virtual outfit try-on credits are also included.
What languages does the bilingual RSVP support?+
English, Vietnamese, Arabic (with RTL layout), Chinese (Simplified), and Greek. More languages can be added on request for Venue tier clients.
